All payments, communication, waivers, and safety checks are handled securely through the platform.

Cancellation Policy:
Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or child no-shows are charged in full and paid to the coach.
Coach no-shows are not paid.

WHAT WE OFFER

THE VARSITY STANDARD

  • Is 18+
  • Passes a national background check
  • Completes a driving record check (where applicable)
  • Has verified athletic or coaching experience
  • Agrees to safety, professionalism, and communication standards
  • Signs a mutual waiver with families
  • Coaches are designated Frosh, JV, or Varsity based on experience—not quality—so families can confidently choose the right level of support.

MEMBERSHIP MODEL

Families join The Coaches League through a monthly or annual membership, which provides access to:

- The full roster of vetted coaches
- Secure in-app booking and payment
- Verified credentials and reviews
- Ongoing platform support

Coaches are paid directly through the app, with The Coaches League retaining a 12% platform fee.
